The pendant has a threaded screw on the top which opens to a small compartment that can only hold a minimal amount of ashes. To ensure security of ashes, we recommend adding a dab of super glue to the screw enclosure after inserted the ashes into the pendant.
To fill the urn necklace, simply remove the screw and, with the help of a mini funnel insert a small amount of dust into the pendant. (All personalized memorial necklace comes with a free funnel kit.)
